1) Psychological Sessions or Therapies

Therapies and sessions with psychiatric/ relation help you to promote and groom yourself.  These sessions and discussions help, especially those patients who are feeling helpless and have persisted behavior. In such cases, negative thoughts or results should be avoided because they can lead toward suicidal action.

2) By Surveying Patients:

In this context, a survey meant to be a suggestion from patients by boosting their confidence. In this method, survey form or questionnaire is distributed among patients, and their response is judged. It assists us in diagnosing the problem and exploring the physiological complication of patients. But it is not always authentic because the patient can choose a false statement that doesn’t relate to his personality. So weak authenticity is the disadvantage of this technique.

The interview is a two-way communication channel between individuals to share their meaningful thoughts. In psychosocial nursing diagnosis, therapists and nurses observe visual behavior along with oral channel and predict the patient’s conditions with related effective solution.

4) Reinforcement:

This technique is used to persuade the patient toward a specific fact. So one can change the behavior of the patient’s reaction by designing the environment accordingly. This kind of psychosocial nursing care plan is helpful for patients having a rigid tone.

For example, if the patient has some phobia from eating healthy food, and he does not want to eat it. Reinforcement can be done by saying that if he doesn’t taste that he can be deprived of weight, vitamin or some other relevant factor. In other words, reinforcement is meant acceptance of facts forcibly but with polite behavior.

5) Emotional Therapies with Family and Relations:

In this therapy, the patient is treated by family and closed relationship. Cultural and economic importance is realized to the patient to modify the family’s demoted factors.
